Crab fry

Crab fry

Ingredients: 

500 gm - crab, remove the shell and clean 
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - red chilli powder
3 - green chillies, crushed
2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste 
1 tbsp - cinnamon sick and cloves powdered
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
2 sprigs - curry leaves

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients except crab.

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the crab, add masala and fry on a low flame till well cooked.
