A simple and tasty

A simple and tasty combination of rice and chicken...........


Arroz Blanco








Ingredients
Chicken mince1/2 cup
Olive oil2 tablespoons
Onion ,chopped1 large
Garlic,chopped2 cloves
Rice1 cup
Chicken stock3 cups
Saltto taste
Crushed white peppercorns1 teaspoon
Method
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until onions are tender. Add rice and chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add chicken mince, salt and crushed peppercorns and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for fifteen minutes or until rice is well cooked and all the liquid is absorbed.
